CMC Policy On Labor And Parts.
CMC and its staff pride themselves on having the quickest and most reliable repair services in the Morongo Basin. If there is an error in our repair, CMC will make right the issues affecting your computer equipment. CMC does require our loyal customers to notify us within three (3) days of pick up. After the three (3) days have passed, CMC will provide our customers with limited phone support. Parts ordered, bought or replaced by CMC (Computer Maintenance & Concepts) will have a 30 day warranty through CMC with remainder warranty going through the OEM company. Parts returned to CMC will be tested. If part is fully fuctional a 30% restocking fee will apply. If parts and or software are missing then product is non-refundable. Memory is ESD sensitive. Memory will be installed by CMC staff. If customer purchases and installs own memory product will be non-refundable.
CMC Policy On Customer Data Security.
CMC does respect customer privacy. Any and all customer data will not be accessed by CMC without Customers approval. System reloads required during any labor performed by CMC will first be approved by Customer with any and all Customer data being preserved.  
CMC Customer Promise.
We here at Computer Maintenance & Concepts will do everything within our power to bring the joy of a computer back into your life. We try to keep our turnaround time down to a day to a day and a half reviewing and repairing all detected issues. Upon completion of repair we will also sit down with you and explain causes of problems detected as well as pointers and solutions to prevent computer issues.
